Any products you purchased on our website are free shipping, except for some special foreign countries
We usually use EMS for our shipments. Your order will be confirmed of shipping within two days. You can check transport details via the EMS website
It usually takes 7-9 Business Days to your door after your confirmation of your purchase.
Return and Exchange policy
If you want to cancel your order, you must inform us via mail immediately, and you will be required to pay 10% of the cancellation, but orders can not cancel after shipment.
If you are not satisfied with the color or size after receiving your item, you should tell us the reason for return via mail before you change. We will provide much policy in this area. In 21days from the date you purchase, please make sure item is in unworn and unused condition and original packaging. Meanwhile ensure your name, address, phone number and other information is correct, or you must be paid by yourself regarding to any costs incurred in this transaction.
We are not responsible for return and exchange(The Second Transport) shipping fee.
In 7 days (from the date products were received), what you want your item returned should be in free of wear and tear, and in its original package. We are not responsible for the return shipping fee, and we will charge you the 35% of cancellation (shipping and bank charges)
